NOTE: Each recipe requires a liquid ingredient. You can choose to mix your ingredients with water, milk, almond milk, soy milk, or coconut water. Adding ice is always optional, if you use frozen fruits, they can serve as your substitute for ice.

Banana Almond Cream Shake

1 banana
1/2 cup of milk
10 almond
1 scoop of vanilla protein mix
1 handful of ice

Glass of blueberry smoothie

Blueberry Dream Shake

1 1/4 cup of liquid
1/2 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein mix
1 tsp of flax-seed oil (substitute: canola, walnut or peanut oils which also have Omega 3)
Optional sweetener (raw honey, maple syrup, agave syrup)

Wild Berries Shake

8 raspberries
4 strawberries
15 blueberries
2 cups of liquid
1 handful of ice
Berries can be fresh or frozen.
