Thanks to all of you who attended the Shake It! kick off event on Friday, April 7th.

Cliff showed us how to make several smoothies with fresh and frozen fruits, spices, almonds, chia seeds, protein mixes and even spring salad mix! Check out the recipes prepared by Cliff here.

We encourage you to make your own smoothie at the office! You can now find a Ninja mixer, protein mixes, frozen fruits and smoothie cups in the Princeton’s office. The only thing we ask is that you clean the mixer and the cups¬†when you’re done.
